At the airport, there’s still the chance to sample from cult-favorite national chains; some local outposts; and, it being Vegas, a nice number of airport bars and sleek lounges. If you’re landing in Las Vegas and less than impressed with the selection, rest assured that you can be on the Strip within minutes, where superlative dining awaits. Until then, here’s where to dine before boarding. Best Lounges: Capital One The Capital One Lounge partners with Las Vegas restaurants Vesta Coffee Roasters for locally roasted Goddess Blend coffee and Las Vegas Japanese-style pastry shop Suzuya Patisserie for pastries. The bar serves a frozen cocktail from Herbs & Rye, and Las Vegas Brewing Co. provides a Vienna lager. Small plates are also served. Entry is $90 except for some cardholders.
